KETTLEBELL ACADEMY

The Kettlebell Academy has been designed with three progressive phases which MUST be completed in sequence:

Phase One - 4-Week Leaner, Fitter Stronger Plan (non-technical kettlebell workouts to get you used to using a bell while continuing to progress your training from the 6-week Bodyweight Bootcamp, build strength, burn fat and create lean muscle)

Phase Two - 2-Week Kettlebell Academy - You will have access to a pre-recorded 1 hour Kettlebell Workshop where you will be taught how to warm up and the key lifts (Deadlift, Squat, Swing, Turkish Get Up, Clean & Press) by the coach.

 

After the workshop you will be given two weeks to continue practicing using the modules, tutorial videos, demo videos and instructional information.

 

You will be required to send a video of you performing the exercise for each module for feedback from the coach to ensure you are performing each one safely and to graduate from the 12-Week KEBOfit Academy 🎉🏆

Phase Three - 6-Week Lean for Life Plan - This is a continuation plan that puts it all together to give you 6 weeks of challenging kettlebell & bodyweight workouts using everything you've learn't inside the academy. Details about this can be found in the menu below.

In our current stay-at-home era, the kettlebell has now become the go-to fitness tool for training at home. 

Now you can learn directly from an IKFF Certified Kettlebell Teacher.

Training with kettlebells offer you the benefits of strength training, cardiovascular fitness and flexibility all in one workout, and it is incredibly metabolically demanding which makes it unbeatable as a fat burner.

On my kettlebell workshops you will be coached how to use a kettlebell safely and effectively.

You will learn how to perform:

  • The Kettlebell Swing

  • The Kettlebell Turkish Get Up

  • The Kettlebell Clean & Press

  • The Kettlebell Snatch

  • Cool down & stretch

The workshop is run completely online so you can learn from the comfort of your own home in real time.

On completion each attendee will be given:

 

  • All the course information 

  • Coaching notes and exercise downloadable manual

  • ZOOM video recording of the entire session to look back on and to continue your practice

  • Ongoing support, video tutorials, video analysis & feedback of your technique after the workshop to ensure you are training safely & effectively

  • PLUS BONUS *2 FREE online kettlebell sessions worth £18 (sessions run every Tuesday 6:30pm - must be used within 4 weeks)
