Try my Metabolic Mayhem workout below, you don't even need to move from the spot, but you'll be working numerous muscle groups, the heart and lungs all at the same time which means you'll be burning calories long after the training session has finished.
Train like that a couple of times a week and you'll see the changes fast.
METABOLIC MAYHEM HOME WORKOUT:
Kettlebell Swings x 10
Burpees x 10
Kettlebell Swings x 10
Burpees x 9
Kettlebell Swings x 10
Burpees x 8
Continue until burpees finish at one. Rest and if you have more in the tank take that bad boy back up to 10.
For more of a challenge perform burpee push ups or double kettlebell swings.
There you go, give that a shot and then let it marinade.
