20 Minute Kettlebell & Body Weight Workout
The great thing about my KEBOfit workouts is that all levels of fitness can do them, which is why I have so many busy men and women inside my online programme.
Workouts are very short, sharp, very effective and can be done by different levels of fitness..
I wanted to share a 20 minute AMRAP (as many rounds as possible) workout with you.
Not only will this workout target your heart, lungs and muscles all at the same time it will place your body into something known as EPOC or the non-science term 'The Afterburn' (Both easily googled)
Basically the workout will supercharge your metabolism and you'll be burning calories 24 - 48 hours after the workout.
Which is pretty cool right?
For this workout you will need a gymboss timer or a stop watch and a Kettlebell (8kg plus depending on level)
Your workout is as follows.
5 x Press Ups
5 x Kettlebell Thrusters
10 x Kettlebell Single Arm Rows Each Side
Complete as many rounds as possible inside of 20 minutes. Rest when required.
Log how many rounds you complete and try and beat it next time (with good form and technique of course)
