Wicked Banana Pancakes

Everyone will love these Unless you don't like bananas that is 🤣
These are fully loaded with good stuff and great for brekkie or as a little post workout meal.
Here's what you'll need:
- 2 free range/organic eggs (naturally rich in vitamin b2, vitamin b12, vitamin d, selenium and iodine)
- 1 Banana (good source of dietary fibre, vitamins c and b6, and minerals potassium and manganese)
- 2 tablespoons of oats (Oats are loaded with vitamins, minerals and antioxidants such as manganese, phosphurus, magnesium, copper, iron, zinc folate, vitamins b1, vitamins b5, as well as calcium, potassium, vitamins b6 and b3)
- 1 teaspoon milled chia seeds (natural source of omega and protein)
- 1 teaspoon ground flax seeds (high in protein and fibre and a natural source of omega 3)
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon (antioxidants in cinnamon have been found to have anti-inflammatory effects) - 1 teaspoon of baking powder
Making your pancakes:
- blitz the above in a food processor.
- Heat a pan with a knob of butter
- Add a small ladle of mixture to the pan and cook until golden brown each side.
- Repeat until you have a nice plate of pancakes on the go
Then.....
Top with:
- Berries
- Pistachios (your choice of nuts)
- Full Fat Thick Cream
- Sprinkle of cinnamon
