Over the years I have run numerous coaching programmes from 14 - 120 days in order to make KEBOfit a reality.

If I couldn't get results for my clients then I might as well not bother right? 

I suppose you could say I have spent a good few years testing and tweaking in order to make KEBOfit a force to be reckoned with as an online and offline coaching programme.

As you've reached the testimonials page you've probably guessed that I have seen some staggering results using a simple approach to fitness and nutrition. (NO diets, NO gimmicks, NO fads and NO silly 5 minute fitness crazes)

Jason's online coaching got me training in the comfort and privacy of my own home, starting from zero fitness.

Working through the phases to sorting out my diet/nutrition, getting started with bodyweight workouts and after a few weeks onto kettlebell training.

Jason's online coaching programme has helped me to transform my attitude to exercise and subsequently become much healthier and fitter than i've ever been.

In only a few months I dropped a size in jeans and my body is getting leaner week by week as I continue to workout under his guidance.

I'm much stronger now, in body as well as mind. 

The programmes are really informative, easy to follow and I felt supported throughout.

You do have to be ready to work on reaching your goals though, it's challenging but in a way that makes it all manageable.

So after completing my initial 6 week programme, here's my review of KEBOfit

After 15-20 years of doing next to no exercise, I decided to get off my arse and do something about it.


Having got into some lazy eating and drinking habits over the years, I decided at the ripe old age of 44 to sort that out.


I suppose I had been kidding myself on that physically I was fine, but the occasional game of golf and running a boys football team was never really going to cut it.


I struggled to run the length of myself without getting out of breath and joined a gym two years ago, but think I've been twice.

I started on the 6 week programme and my results have been excellent over such a short period.

I've lost 6.5cm from what was my beer belly, dropped an inch from around my hips and lost 3.6kg (8lbs in old money) in weight, seen a change in my body shape and fitness wise, it's night and day.


The training has been excellent, 3 sessions per week which are all varied and Jason has been brilliant, encouraging me along the way.


The wider group have been very welcoming too, it's a great crowd with a common aim, to have fun and keep fit.

I followed the 6 week nutrition and exercise plan - it's not as daunting as it sounds.


It's not a fad or a diet, just a push to challenge and change your eating habits to a balanced, healthy approach and has certainly worked for me.


I would recommend giving yourself a few days to get familiar with the material Jason sends you.


I downloaded the information on a Sunday and started on a Monday and could have done with more time to organise myself before starting - no biggie though.

So, thanks to JB and everyone at KEBOfit! I've now signed up for another 6 months and I've cancelled that gym membership too!

I've lost 8lbs which is a good mile stone for me as thats the lightest i've been since last year.

KEBOfit Helped Nicola To Train For Her First Half Marathon
