How does the email coaching work?

You will receive emails broken down into the following sections:

Do I get a weekly check in with a coach?

I will check in with you personally. Not a support person or assistant... me!!

You've invested in my coaching programme, the least I can do is respond personally.

You will have the opportunity to email me daily with any questions or support.

Every 7 days I will send you a check in form to complete based on how you;'ve found that week.

What equipment do I need?

For home workouts, just your own bodyweight is all you need.

Other than that a well stocked home gym or gym membership.

How long are the workouts

Workouts are between 25 - 45 minutes long

How many days a week do I need to workout? 

Both the home and gym programmes are 3 x per week. 

The home workouts are around 20-25 minutes long, the gym programmes are about 40 minutes.

How are the workouts delivered? 

Your workouts and gym programme will be delivered direct into your email inbox

Are the gym programmes personalised? 

The programmes are not personalised. This is not the issue when it comes to getting results.

There will be detailed instructions per workout to enable you to get the best from the programme to ensure progress.

The training programmes you'll receive are designed to ensure you're doing the most effective training for your goal, are progressing and improving regardless of your goal.


If you're unable to do certain exercises due to injury or lack of experience level, you can request alternative exercises to suit your limitations.

I am new to the gym, will this suit me? 


The home and gym workouts cater for all fitness levels. 

You can even switch between the programmes if you find it too challenging or not challenging enough.

What results will I achieve?

This all depends on you, your goal and your adherence to the plan. As the old saying goes, 'you get out what you put in'

What kind of food will I be eating? 

OK, honesty is the best policy here.


I do not write meal plans for you, instead I coach you and provide you with the knowledge, fully loaded food lists, example meal plans to help you structure your own and access to a recipe library, so that you can start building your own nutritional routine.
