ABOUT JASON

Back in the day I was overweight, out of shape, stuck in a job I hated, and lived for the weekend like it was a personality trait.
Social life was wild, my diet was a disaster, and my health was heading in the wrong direction - fast.
I had one of those "sort your life out" moments.
The kind where you realise if you don't make a change, you'll end another health statistic in a body and life you don't recognise.
So I did something about it.
I got my head down, turned my health around and went back to university as a mature student to study sports science.
Not just to fix myself - but to help other people escape the cycle too.
Today I coach men and women who are tired of fad diets, fitness fluff and calorie-counting chaos. Through my no-nonsense coaching style and programmes like BODYFUEL.
I'm also a proud husband and dad to two incredible daughters who remind me every day why this work matters.
