
DO YOU EVEN RATE YOURSELF?
So if you have read the first 3 modules (3 Phase Action Plan) then I want you to do something else today.....
I want you to rate yourself on a scale of 1 - 10 (1 being rubbish and 10 being fantastic)
How do you want to feel you're doing in the following areas of your life?
- Health
- Fitness
- Career
- Relationships
- Happiness
Would you say less than 10 in any of them?
If so, why the hell would you NOT want to be the best version you could possibly be of yourself?
Hey if you're a 9 or 10 then you're doing great, click off this email right now.
But if you only rate your health and fitness at a 4 or 5 or lower
don't you think you deserve to be the best you can?
Why shouldn't you be a 9 or 10?
Why can't you be a 9 or 10? whats stopping you?
How would it feel to be a 9 or 10?
Right, let me re-phrase the question for you.....
If I were to ask your kids how they would like to feel when they hit their mid 30's and 40's?
Would they like to be a 1 (being worst) or a 10 (feeling great)?
Of course they want to feel great, kids are great at one thing and that's being a bit honest from time to time.
So if your kids want to be a 10 when they grow up, then you're going to ensure that you do your absolute best to make that happen for them right?
Of course you are, we'll do anything for our kids.
So if you can do that for them, why can't you do that for yourself?
Something for you to think about for the day.....
Lets zone in on health and fitness, because as you know that's what I focus on.
Where are you right now?
What are you going to start doing in order to bridge this gap?
