The menu has been laid out to make getting started simple.
- Get started >> fill out, download and action compulsory documents and forms
- Download your nutrition planner and read it all the way through
- Choose a few recipes
- Join the group
- Start your first workout*
* You have access to pre-programmed workouts, LIVE workouts with the coach inside the members area and workouts on demand.
Feel free to mix and match. I highly recommend that you consistently complete 3 - 4 workouts per week.
